"Dano" is a unknown superhero and Optima is a greater company for having him. Dan has just left after going WAY over and above with a changing out of a troubled tankless water heating system. The troubles are not related to the plumbing side but the electrical side. Dano helped me as much a he could and did not leave until the electrician left so Dano could finish programming the tankless heater. The office was great in their help getting him here and explaining the process. I recommend Optima Plumbing, llc. To any one who needs ANYTHING worked on in the Plumbing field. Thank you David for all that your company does and the pride in which you do it.

Dan came out and repaired a leaking shower head. Was able to do a quick removal of the old shower head and capped it for me. Gave me good advice and provided some good insights. Appreciate the time and effort. Would recommend.

I had Optima come out and install a new tank-less water heater on my house. Dan was my plumber, and could not have been a greater guy. He took the time to walk me through everything that would go on in the installation. He then showed me how everything worked after installation, so I feel confident on addressing any future maintenance. Price was very good compared to some of the larger plumbing companies.
