All employees are friendly, courteous and professional. This bank rates high in my opinion. Kudos to Wells Fargo employees.

They never fix there ATM's so you have to drive to the main branch sit in line for 20 minutes because the lines so long . It's getting ridiculous.

This bank has been my husbands bank long time ago. My husband wrote me personal check before heading to business trip in Myrtle Beach. I went to Wells Fargo today, tried to cash the check. The lady with eye glass and long black hair denied the check. She look at me like Im a scam and called her Manager or whoever it was. She told me that the check was wrong . How could it be wrong while we been using that check even in church donations? I called my husband and told everything. Later, he told me different story My husband give me allowance every month after I stopped my last job for taking care of our 4 children including himself. Im glad we have a joint account in Navy Federal Credit Union and all his money from his job right now goes to them. Its time to change bank I guess.
