This bank branch is great, the employees are so friendly and helpful. Sherri is fantastic, always helpful and I have done business with her and this bank for so many years and always plan to.

Check Holds + 0$ made instantly available + CSR experience on 6/1 are worse Ive experienced. I took check in person was told about the 5 day hold and I said, Nevermind, give check back & Ill have him wire or send a cashiers or Ill go to Walmart even. AND SHE SAID, Well, Ive already validated it. I say, So, no hold after all? She says, Oh no, still must be held, but I cant give it back to you now. So, deposited at 10AM on 6/1 it is 10AM on 6/7 and 0$ of it has been made available. One can literally buy an AR faster than one receives 1$ of a check here (7ARs actually, right? 1 per day?). Isnt that crazy?! WF will make $400 of it instantly available.
