Staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, professional, make you feel comfortable, and the quality, image, style, detail are top notch. Will refer for New Build or Service either way, your sure to be pleased!! Owner will come to you and listen to your needs/wants/concerns/questions and make sure you understand the process and time frame for completion. Truly felt like I was working with friends. 👍👍👍

The most condescending owner I have ever dealt with. He is the plumber my builder uses so we had no choice but to use them. We had an issue with our whirlpool tub from before we moved in. One of his plumbers came out and damaged the fill pipe. When i told Howard this, he asked if I was a plumber and when I said no, he asked how I could be sure. I said well the pipe is kinked and is leaking due to the visible water and corrosion. He denied it but did send a tech to the home. The tech was instructed not to talk with us. The tech had to call Howard and tell him that the line was damaged and leaking and the wall needed to be opened up to repair it. The toilet was just leaking this weekend. I figured the wax seal failed. I removed the toilet and it had. I cleaned it and then saw that the closet flange was not secured to the floor causing it to spin around. There is clear writing on it stating that it needed to be secured to the floor. I was going to fix this but noticed that the installer chiseled out the floor and that it has to be replaced. Called H&H and was told by receptionist that wow this is almost 2 years old. Is aid well i would not have called if it was installed correctly. She said she would have Howard call me and to no one's surprise he has not. Stay far away from this company. UPDATE Howard called and he said that it does not have to be secured to floor. When I explained to him that my toilet could be turned in a circle he said well it worked for two years. Horrible customer service.
