**Update: Job #2 with this crew just finished, complete master bath renovation. One word: OUTSTANDING!! We thought there was no hope for the 80s bath but they astounded us with their creativity, its now beautifully modern & bright. They also removed, replaced & painted drywall with upgraded new lighting in our foyer. Victor and his team came out in an emergency situation, fixed that issue and then designed a master en suite with excellent craftsmanship! They were so dedicated they even worked thru Christmas Eve! True professionals thru and thru, dependable and courteous. Give them a call, they do it ALL! Thanks Victor & Crew!! (Job #1 2020) If you need a company that is skilled, professional and operates with integrity, call Master Plumbing Services! They responded quickly to our repair request, arrived on time and worked quickly. Did not try to up-sell or replace things unnecessarily. Then we found out they do WAY more than plumbing! We will be using this company for our future projects (bathroom shower & tub retile, replace subfloor & wood flooring). Awesome company

These guys are awesome! I have had three plumbers come to my house and charge me for services that never fixed the problem. This company came out on a Saturday afternoon and stayed for hours, located the actual problem and fixed it. I would have rather paid for them to come out once and get the job done right rather than waste all of the money I spent before them. They were professional and courteous, all around great job. This company repeatedly failed to arrive and complete work as contracted. They also never responded with needed documents and information for our insurance claim, after several requests. We never received an itemization of costs and an explanation of necessary repair work that our insurance carrier sought. Beware of using this company. I do not see how they can possibly receive a high rating from the Better Business Bureau or other such organization. As a follow up: their plumber claims we asked them to illegally falsify documents to support an insurance claim. Our insurance company is well aware of this situation and we have copies of all payments, email and text correspondence that disprove his claim. Again, beware of this company. Service: Shower repair
