The owner of this business is terrible. Came to fix a toilet and when it was still broken, he got defensive and aggressive. We had an open water repair leak in the bath tub and he just didn't show up this morning at 8:30 like he said he would. He basically transferred the work order because the repair is beyond his abilities to fix! I would never use this company. On the plus side Trish was nice until today. Edited: You refused to come and repair a toilet that you had just worked on the previous day. The neglect conversation came from your lack of attention to the work order. The only thing I neglected was to do homework on your business before using your poor services! FYI you also left the water heater outside the HOA dumpster...... I was threatened with a fine and I absolutely told you that you should be responsible for the fee. You stated that all your conversations are recorded?? Play it for the world and you let them decide if you were professional or not!!! Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing leak repair
