Jean went above and beyond after having multiple issues with my wife's ring after being sent from another location and having 2 stones fall out just days before our wedding she was able to glue stones in to get us by for the wedding and she personally made sure everything was perfect when we received it from being repaired highly recommend kay outlet

We picked this place for inspections and purchase because of their Google stars and it did not disappoint. We have been working with Taylor and she has been awesome to work with! My diamond wedding ring was damaged and she kept us up to date every step of the way and it was ready 12 days early! Everyone here has been so friendly and nice getting my inspections back up to date! Kim has also been great to work with! We will definitely recommend and be going back to this store in the future!

Came in to drop off a bracelet to be fixed jean helped me and took care of everything. Angie was super helpful as well with helping my husband pick out a new necklace. I'm so spoiled
