I have to give a shout out to Josh & Tiffany! They are wonderful employees. I came in the store just to look, and Josh offered to clean all of my jewelry I had on for free. He even had Tiffany assist me in getting one of the stones replaced in my beloved bracelets from Kays! She was also super helpful and kind, just like Josh! They gave me the princess treatment for sure. Customer service goes a long way, and they are definitely doing it the right way at Kays. You never know how you can positively impact someones day, and they did that for me just by being kind! Thank you, Josh & Tiffany!

This particular Kay store is the absolute BEST! Great staff, specifically my all time favorite saleswoman Tiffany! I have been a customer at this location for several years and Tiffany knows my taste, listens, does not treat you like a customer rather she treats me like family which always lets me know that items I buy are specific to me as a person and not as a customer! The staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Not to mention the selections of items which are vast, tasteful and fine jewelry at its best. Thank you Tiffany and all the staff at Kay for making me feel awesome when I visit your store! Ive made many purchases and have been very pleased with each item; and I plan to make more thanks to the outstanding customer service at this store! Xoxox
