        Kay's at Coastal Grand Mall stole my heart almost 19 years ago. Jill Goldfinch, the manager was the most welcoming and knowledgeable representative I could have ever asked for. We had gotten married without rings, and were then ready to make our purchase. After going over to Reeds and Zales, we were not even acknowledged at either store. Perhaps because I'd just finished taking care of my horses and gone straight to the mall. But walking into Kays, we were welcomed. I've never ahopped at another jewelry atore other than here , since! We've bought thousands of dollars worth of jewelry here with Jill and will continue. We Love her so much!
