I think you would either have to be uninformed or desperate to buy a home from this company. Read the online reviews. I spoke to Melissa, a division sales manager, about the online reviews and bad word of mouth for this company, and she said she "wasn't comfortable" discussing the complaints unless I was a real estate agent. Can you believe that response? I couldn't.
I called her back a few days later to discuss a different issue, but she didn't return my call. If they don't return the calls of prospective buyers, how do you think they will treat you after they have your money?

The homes were really close together. The floorplans aren't laid out too great. Very small closets. Quality looks good though.
