I had a good experience with my home buying with Broadstreet builders. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and felt they were there for me to ask questions. There several weather delays, but they couldnt help that and worked quickly to meet the anticipated deadline.

Save your time and heartache. Don't put your family through the agony of dealing with this company. I have objective data to show this company is unable to deliver timelines promised. There has been a lot of turnover within the company, communication is nearly absent unless you pester them. Hopefully we will get this story on the news in the next few months.

Be very careful with dealing with this company especially if they try to contract you to do work. Only accept money up front or you will never see your money unless you get a lawyer involved.
