UPDATE: MARCH 15TH 2024 WE MOVED June of last year yay!!!! Best decision ever made woohoo All praise be to God. we weren't gonna deal with that headache anymore. Word of advice if there is hoodlums outside your apt making racket. Do not. I repeat Do NOT SAY NOTHING to them they will make your life a living H-e-l-l after that we dealt with it for 2 years. The only person that cared and did something about it was miss Amanda she went above and beyond and actually chase those kids to try and identify them and she even sent notices out to everyone that if kids are left unsupervised outside will be written up and after too many violations they will be evicted. No one ever topped her she was a Top Tier Manager! She deserves all her flowers May God bless that women Ameen. Aside from the kids we dealt with a recurrent leak in our apt in the shower and closet. They came to pullout the wall and replace it so many times i can't even count not to mention maintenance can just walk in if you don't open after a few knocks. Not very private if you asked me. We lived in apt 8A. I really feel sorry for anyone that has to go thru what we did. but, " i's free now, free atlas.. free atlaass ALLAHU AKBAR!!! UPDATE:Things have calmed down, but i won't remove my one star until we are accommodated. New management has taken a difficult toll on us, and once we can start to see action done for us on our behalf nothings gonna change. Just do what's right. The kids in the neighborhood act out of control I've made countless reports time after time about the ghetto kids in the community causing an excessive annoying amount of banging, vandalism of property and vehicles, loud disturbances near and around my appartment. There's absolutely no peace when it comes to trying to just mind your own business and just get through the day to try and relax after a long day's work without having to worry about being rudely disturbed (by huge bangs on my door, and where is the compensation for my pain and suffering the staff are Definitely not doing enough or being as haste on this issue as they should be. )for no reason at all. This is the last straw and action will be Pursued I'm not no punk and i will stand up for my rights whatever it takes. And ain't no unruly disrespectful kids going to try and take my peace away from me ya'll started WAR now I'm gone have to finish it. No more Mr. Nice Guy if you want something done right you'll have to do it yourself.

I visited the office recently. I found the staff utterly professional I met the manager and she made me feel SO welcome. The property is well cared for and charming. Best wishes to all!!
