Is Not the Great like I Though, Unfortunately is not worth the pay. Due the amenities and safety from the apartments are poor. Move last Year in December Starting having problems with amenities and having disrespectful tenants who dont respect people privacy and property. I been patient of any change but nothing for the Better. Still more issues and complains. First of all the master shower, the water is coming out by making wet the floor. Every time I take a shower water splits all over the floor, the water is coming out somewhere from the shower which is Big issue. Also the laundry which has damaged several of my clothes by not washing correctly at all. Plus the Stove problems heating so ridiculously, the doors from my master room and others making a lots of noise when u open and close. Also shakes a lot when someone walks and people from UPSTAIRS MAKING NOISE DURING THE NIGHT by walking so hard. Spoke to the Staff several times of this issue. Nothing has been Done. The Worst thing the SMELL of MARiJUANA all over the HALLWAY and ELEVATOR from afternoon until Night so STRONg which is UNACCEPTABLE. Also all the poop of DOG the residents leave on the grass from their own dogs and not picking up their dog mess. Leaving it on the grass and dirty. Also stairways coming up dirty who ever the staff rent which making this condoms a COMPLETE MESS by leaving trash all over the stairway exits, and Hallways. The same way you want your rent on time, I think Staff and Manager should do the Same to keep this place and good conditions, amenities, Not Happy at all with all this nonsense and issues

There are a few things that I seek when searching for a place and one of the main things are customer service. Kendra I enjoyed my tour so much that I went back to work and spoke with my colleagues about my experience. She was extremely exceptional. I mentioned to her that I have a group of colleagues that will be relocating to the upstate. She handed me some of her cards and pricing on your townhomes without me having to ask. Keep up the great work young lady.
