Rented from this company for 3 years. Never had an issue and never caused an issue. I reported the big infestation and they say oh theyre in the walls theres nothing we can do but you can request us to come out and spray every week. I reported a leak in the wall of the master bedroom and that it was soggy and mushed to the touch, they caulked the cable box outside and said thats all they could do. Later there is black mold growing on it and the refused to do anything. Reported a bedroom door that fell apart when you touched it and they have refused to come replace it. They tried to temp fix it before we moved in with nails and caulk. Neighbor below reported the leak from our tub and they caulked it and said that the would be back to fix it and a year went by and we couldnt use that shower at all, so we decided to undo the caulk and it is what it is now. The AC went out one day and I reported it immediately They tell you youre on the list. A month and half later after calling and complaining due to the temp being up to 90 inside the apartment on almost a daily basis, they finally come fix it. A week after they fix it theres a letter on my door with them claiming they are refusing to renew my lease and I have 30 days to get out. I spoke with them, the management blamed the main office in Florence, the Florence office blamed the local office. Then I was told it was the owners choice. I ask to speak with the owner and the said he doesnt do that. Ive spoke with other tenants and they have work orders in that are 6+ months old they dont fix the roads. They honestly dont care about their tenants. Its really disconcerting due to the fact rent is so high, and yes I would love to move somewhere else but its not affordable anywhere. They treat you like youre the scum of the earth they dont care about you or your family. Do not rent from these people. They will not care and they will kick you out when you call them out on their rental agreement and policy.

Heritage Trace Apts in Powderville is a joke they don't care about anything except collecting rent. The grass hasn't been cut in 2 months and nothing gets fixed in the Apts. They will put a eviction notice on your door faster then cutting grass. Snakes everywhere in the tall grass and rats all in the breezeway. And as far as management they are rude and unprofessional and so is the home office. Never answer the phones and office door is always locked. Trash everywhere the building in the back where they never ever clean it and the weeds have taken over the flower beds and outside walls. Just nasty never rent from them ever. Powers Properties just wants your money they don't care about there tenants or there safety I have had 5 snakes on my porch and walked up on one today. Called the news today and they are coming out to do a interview to show just how nasty this place is, they need to condemned this place mold everywhere and maintenance never shows up but one of them sells drugs out the parking lot worst place ever.

I can never get the help I need as a tenant anytime you call they treat you like you did something wrong, they hire bad staff and completely disregard peoples concerns.

Such a horrible Company !!!! Maintenance is horrible !!!! I called for a maintenance order last week and no one is still here to address the situation !! Your business is horrible
