If I could give a lower rating, I would. This management company is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a property we rented through VRBO. The property is absolutely uninhabitable. It is nothing like the photos posted on VRBO. It was filthy. It stunk of mildew and dirt. The washing machine didn't work. The toilet handle was broken (toilet was running). Paint peeling from the ceiling. Grime in the kitchen drawers and on the cabinets. Floors were filthy. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Sofa was too dirty and too smelly to sit on. It was a disaster. Phoenix responded at first, but multiple attempts at reaching them have gone unanswered. MULTIPLE attempts. The property owner has not responded to our requests for a refund. We have contacted an attorney and we WILL pursue legal action.
