Be prepared for sky-high electricity bills and the occasional fire incident all thanks to their apparent neglect of basic maintenance! -Habitability? Never heard of her! Maymont Homes operates under a special definition of "habitable" that seems to involve tolerating potentially unsafe conditions and hoping for the best. Broken promises and surprise fees: Need a repair addressed quickly? Buckle up for a bureaucratic ride! And don't be surprised if they hit you with unexpected fees for issues that are clearly their responsibility. -Communication? What communication? Wouldnt even rate them ONE STAR. If there was way to rate them a negative 5 stars I would! This management company and team has the lowest standards of ownership and accountability. Long story short. I stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house of theres (2 story) alone (No dog, cat, birds or goldfish). However, the home came with a few roaches in the beginning but I spent 100s (immediately) to rid myself of any during my stay. The home had a few problems I thought going in on the glance at visiting the property before moving in weeks later. Found out the home had a plethora of problems (over 20) that needed addressing & they required me filling out a maintenance repair request that would ask that you are there to assist the repair person on most visits. Often it would take two visits for each repair job (days off & away from your work). Then more once they find/choose a vendor to do the repair work. It was so much work to do that they didnt finish 90 percent of the problems until one year later as I chose to leave. Then they took my deposit & down payment to fix things they never fixed up before my move in (for the next tenant). & gave me back less than a 3rd of the thousands I gave & also put into the home before leaving. I will NEVER lease nor suggest a tenant to these thieves! However we will have our day in court!

Context ripped me off and never sold me my house instead the cowards went bankrupt and Vinebrooks came along and bought it and my rent went from $1,345.00 - $1690.00 and Nobody has ever did repairs on the property.it needs a new roof dishwasher don't work 3 ceiling fans don't work.
