The most incompetent legal team Ive ever encountered. The paralegal/ receptionist knows nothing about family law, or anything else for that matter. Im guessing shes a family member of the attorney because theres no way a self-respecting attorney would hire her to run their practice. Shes incompetent, unintelligent, and can barely articulate herself when speaking to clients. Shes always too busy, and unavailable to respond to calls or emails in a timely fashion. Furthermore, any questions that may arise regarding your case; shes never capable of answering. Its just a mess. Attorney Metts barely knows what shes doing, just call family court and they will agree. Shes overpriced and is not worth half of what she charges. Please save yourself the trouble and seek legal counsel elsewhere. This practice is NOT IT!!!! I would give 0 stars if possible.

Ill start by saying this is the worst experience that Ive ever had with any attorney. I had only spoken with attorney Metts four times and only because her assistant was extremely rude and incompetent. If I needed documents to be taken care of I literally had to do it all on my own, which made this experience a waste of time and money. Unfortunately, if you are thinking of hiring attorney Metts I strongly suggest that you reconsider. She may not contact you outside of the initial consultation and mediation. In between those times you will deal with her assistant who literally will not help you. On countless occasions I would have to change information on documents that she supposedly sent to the opposing counsel because the documents were never altered to fit my request. If I could give this review no stars I absolutely would.

Incompetent (for lack of better words) receptionist, lack of communication, terrible all across the board. Please go elsewhere for legal counsel.
