From the moment I called this firm I instantly felt like this attorney knew what he was doing and would be able to assist me! I was able to get into see Josh Pozsik for a consultation extremely fast and even though I only booked for one hour to talk I wanna say we spent about 4 hours there because he wanted to make sure I completely understood all my options and what he would do for me to get what I and my son needed! Threw out this last year and a half almost two years he has been exactly what you attorney should be! There were several settlements offered in my case by us and the very first time there were protections I didnt even think about for my son but he made sure I and my son was protected! Even today he made sure I was completely aware of everything going on as we walked into the court room and I walked out confident that my son now has a better plan in place on how his parents will share their time with him!
