This place needs to be gutted, it's an embarrassing property for Hilton. Stayed here due to a 5:20 am flight. I got no sleep. There was some kind of rodent in or around the desk area. It would stop making noise when a light was on. I wish I had read the reviews, the whole place is dirty. Even the doors to the rooms have a thick layer of dirt and grime. I wish I could've utilized the Hampton guarantee and got my money back but there was no one at the desk this morning. Stay anywhere but here, your car would be a better choice!

This was up there as the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was never anyone at the front desk, the photos on their site must have been photo shopped because they are 150% misleading. The place is a complete dump. Their "lobby bar" is a coffee bar with no coffee, the breakfast was barely edible besides the waffles. Our friends who stayed in separate rooms found a can of tuna under the heater in their room, and other friends found empty nippers in the room. You can definitely tell that housekeeping just BARELY cleans the room besides making the beds. The pool was murky, and there were toe nails all around the lounge chairs. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Look into the Best Western next door. If this room was a $49 room, I wouldn't have been mad. because you get what you pay for...But $400 for two nights is not ok.

A friend of mine booked this hotel and I checked out the reviews prior to check-in. The reviews weren't great but I figured they were mostly people with bad experiences that made it a point to leave a review and it couldn't be that bad. It was that bad! Any negative review you read is true. I could look past the peeling paint on the doors and walls and the hallway to the room not being clean, but what I couldn't ignore was the room itself. The smell was terrible - think urinal scent pad but so strong it would give you a headache. One of the windows didn't lock and also didn't have a screen - serious safety issue if you have small children. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall and wires were exposed. Nails exposed on the wooden tv stand and what looked like where drawers once were was ripped out and empty. We had two young kids with us (one with asthma), so we opened a window thinking it would air out the room and checked out the pool while we waited. The pool water was so cloudy we didn't feel comfortable letting the kids swim. Returned to the room and it still smelt terrible so went to the front desk explaining the asthma situation and asking if we could be refunded since we didn't feel comfortable taking the chance and were going to stay somewhere else. The young girl at the front desk apologized and stated she understood and would be refunded within 5 days. 5+ days pass, no refund. Call the company and attempt to speak to general manager and were told she no longer works there and no refund since we used the pool and bed, even though we had checked in at 6pm and checked out at 7:30pm. To sum it up, stay away! Read the reviews, and believe what you read!
