Our minivan got a flat tire and with two kids in the car, waiting for a tow from AAA and figuring out how to transfer kids was not a great option for us. We found BTS Tire and Service online, gave them a call and explained our situation. They said we could come and it would take about 45 mins to take a look at our vehicle. We were able to fill up our flat tire with air and get our car to this shop. They were able to get to our car within half an hour and while they didn't have our particular tire in stock, they patched it for us, got us a quote for a new set of tires and got us on our way. During the entire experience they were super friendly and professional and we were very grateful for their flexibility in getting our car looked at. We highly recommend this shop.

Had tires replaced here, they charged $85 for new sensors and it took 2.5 hours. The TPM light went on a day later, I called to make an appointment to bring it back in, they didn't answer, I left a message, they never called back. I stopped in and asked them to check it. They claim it's the fifth spare tire that's causing the problem, the one they didn't touch, so I have to get that replaced. Really convenient, seems like a bit of a scam to me. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
