my name is tyler, and i have a 2001 HD Sporster 1200 custom, me and my dad had been working on this bike for sometime, after plently of mishaps, i had to take the front head off my bike for the third time, and it needed the intake valve guide replaced, a very uncommon problem, so i contacted percision HD in pawtucket, thats when i met rich, i explained the problem i was having and he decides he would take a look at the head and let me know what he thinks is going on, he ended up doing some work on it in his machine shop, its a impressive machine shop, id like to also add that he is very polite and respectful, and he actually really cares about the issue with any problems anyone is having with their bike, anyway he repaired the head and sand blasted the head, and reseated the valves, and repaired a hole that was in there, a outstanding job he did! look at the photos, i got the head back and threw it on the bike and the thing is running like a dream now, i would 10/10 recommend Percision HD in pawtucket for your machining needs, or maintenance, like i said, rich is a great guy, and he is very smart with many many years experiance doing what he does, and he also gave me a great price for the work he did, i was more than happy with my experiance, thank you again, here are before and after photos

Precision Harley is the best of all the stores in New England area. This is the place where you feel valued as customer with zero cheating and make you feel as a family member.
Jake in Sales, John with Billing and finance made everything easy and simple. To top it Samantha took care of service, parts and customer success with great care and efficiency. I would recommend Precision harley any day to anyone who is looking to buy a motorcycle they scored a 100/100 from me and my friends. Samantha has really gone extra mile in exceeding the customer expectations with right recommendations keeping customer in the center and went extra mile to expedite things.

Got my first motorcycle/Harley Davidson, very happy with my 2007 ultra limited CVO Harley Davidson.
