As a new customer I stopped in to get some help setting my phone. Kyle and Dan were extremely helpful. I was in and out in no time and with a substantial military discount. Great service.

Upgraded phone, retailer removes sim card, puts it out of sight under the table. Then into the new phone. The new phone doesn't work after that. How bizarre. This is at 773 Huntingdon Pike. Put the sim card back into the old phone. Now neither phone works. I am told I have to go to a corporate location. I drive 20 minutes to 2330 Easton Road in Willow Grove. I explain my situation and am immediately told that there is nothing that can be done for me because of account authorization. I tell the rep that I effectively just paid a thousand dollars today to not have a working phone. I find another employee who at least tries to help me for a while despite the manager telling him not to. Manager, a little man with a doctor who tattoo, spoke at me like he thought i was either deaf or stupid. After about 15 minutes, I am completely ignored by everyone for about an hour and left to resolve things by myself. Just me and 5 employees that wont make eye contact in the store. I am on the phone with customer service for about 45 minutes to get authorization. The employee on the phone only spoke when I asked for the next step. Otherwise, they were happy to wait forever. In the end, the sim card is replaced, and the new phone works, but there is no offer of reconciliation, no credit, no nothing.
