      image Went to Verizon located at Cottman, to see about an upgrade. I was being taken cared of by 2 nice associates who explained everything to me and made it easy for me to upgrade. They were courteous and explained everything clearly to me. I enjoy my visit there and will be going back. The transaction went smoothly with no issues/problems!.

      image We used to dread going to the Verizon store at Cottman. However, the customer service from the closing Saturday crew was top notch. Kind. Knowledgeable. and just went over the top with customer service.
