Chester County Cardiology Associates

92 yo mother received horrible care. They gladly take your money for quick visit and blood pressure check, any serious issues not addressed. Any doctor affiliated with Chester County are all foreign with no skills or knowledge. Don't trust any of them to provide proper care.

Had an appointment today for 1pm and after I checked in was told the person who was to fit me with a heart monitor was not there. It appears that almost every time I have an appointment they wait until I get there to cancel. This Fern Hill office is to say the least incompetent.

I did have a good experience with this cardiologist. I really like Val and Dr. Boyek. My only issue is when calling to schedule I don't always get a welcoming voice. I can't say that for every person I spoke to so far but today was not to friendly. This doesn't happen a lot because there are some really nice people in the practice. I will address this with my Dr otherwise I enjoy everyone at this office.

The doctors I have from this practice are nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately, the staff at Fern Hill is an absolute nightmare. My doctor NEVER gets any of my messages resulting in delays getting post-surgical meds (3 months), runarounds getting test scheduled (3 months and counting, will now just go to my wifes appointment with her). This is most recent. We have been making complaints for years. Someone needs to stop being defensive and address this major administrative catastrophe before it ends with a patient being hurt not being able to get what their doctor prescribed or get any communication to their doctor.
