There appears to be some difficulty with her remembering her schedule. I set up my initial appointment on the phone with her the week prior for an 8:30a explaining I had to be out of the office to log into a zoom call at 10a. I received several confirmation texts from Margaret and arrived approximately 5mins early to my appointment. She presented to the front office just before 9a noting I was a little early. I explained I had in fact been waiting 30mins as my appointment was at 8:30, that I had the confirmation texts from her.
She did apologize but the initial appointment that is advertised as being an hour and half to two hours was only 45mins. Mistakes certainly happen but you may need, unfortunately, to remind her of your appointment the night prior, especially if there are any time constraints.
