Beware! I was told about a promotion. The bill was more than double what my previous bills were. It has taken us now 48 hours to deal with. We are dealing with corporate. We are dealing with customer service and two stores. After returning all of the equipment that was given to us under false pretense we are still trying to get our money back. Phone numbers and other lines were added to our account that are not ours. It has been an absolute nightmare buyers. Beware! Disregard the one star. It will not let me post with that. At least putting one

I had an exceptional experience at the T-Mobile store in West Chester today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. The store was impeccably organized, making it easy to browse through their wide selection of products.
A special shoutout to the staff who were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and helped me make an informed decision without feeling rushed. Their dedication to customer service truly stood out.
I was particularly impressed with the range of options available and the clarity with which the different plans were explained. It's clear that the team here is committed to providing top-notch service and ensuring customers leave satisfied.

If I could give a zero I would worst customer service ever, went in with damaged cheap earphones and came out the store with nothing! The guy with the Beatles hair due is unprofessional when I took my receipt back he said something smart under his breath and the black guy with the dreads was just as unprofessional. Whatever happened to customers always right. I spent 20 dollars plus taxes last week for earphones and all I wanted was to exchange them and the black guy with the dreads just glanced and said nope, physical damage so I left them there walked out angry with nothing. Poorest customer service ever and neither one of them should be working there. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like this I felt like I got robbed and just gave them twenty dollars for nothing something needs to be done about this! This is horrible, but I'll never ever deal with this store again! Customers are definitely not important here they didn't offer any accommodations at all and was treated like they could care less

2/19/24 5:30 pm. I Really wanted to give this place a good rating when the young man who said he was new helped me but it all got ruined when the (less self maintained) woman with a bad attitude intervened. She needs to be retrained and taught manners and customer service skills. Her attitude is disgusting. As bad as I needed a new phone I walked out of there because I didnt want her making a sale off me.
