First Commonwealth Bank is a breath of fresh air - including the team at this branch! They offer kind and attentive customer service for both my personal and business accounts. And their building is a lovely cornerstone to our community - beautifully kept. So proud to bank with them!

This branch used to be Santander but it was taken over by FCB not too long ago. I still have my account with this bank even though I currently live in Harrisburg. For the past year, this bank has been nothing but a headache and a pain in my rear end. I hold accounts with M&T and Santander that have been much more helpful. First Commonwealth constantly locks me out of my bank account and forces me to reset my password for "security purposes" but this has only added another item on my to-do list everyday. They have also put "security holds" on deposits and other money going into my account, which has forced me to go into a negative account balance multiple times when I know I have bills to pay. This has forced me to pay a fee of $75 dollars for charges of less than $5. They have been stealing money from me that I don't even have. I've called to have these things resolved with little to no help every time. They are happy to call me or send mail letting me know my account is overdrawn but can't do anything to ensure my money is there when it needs to be. This is a horrible bank who could care less about the accounts it holds. Didn't know a bank could be this bad. Take your money elsewhere.
