This bank is a complete disaster. The leadership is extremely questionable and the entire organization is disorganized. Representatives, including branch managers, have lied, and have been unhelpful, repeating themselves without offering any real support.
To make matters worse, the information provided is often inconsistent, and the quality of the service and products is poor.
On top of that, the company's apps are severely outdated.
The foreign customer service is not connected well to the branch and main offices, and the fraud department is poorly managed.
I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

I've had nothing but great service at the South Atherton Branch of Northwest Bank. Timely, pleasant, always answers their phones, always get back to you with answers, low wait times in drivethru...keep up the great work!
