Assured Assistance

I have had Assured Assistance help with my mothers care for the last several months. The level of care has been wonderful. The people treat my mother as a dear friend. From helping to prepare meals, tidying up, or just conversing with her, they have given me great peace of mind knowing that she receiving top-level care. They discuss concerns with me and are eager to work with our family to make sure my mother is comfortable and well. The company is always extremely responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend Assured Assistance.

I work for a top notch senior home care company. My company had to merge with Assured Assistance due to being able to fill a 24/7 shift. I give two stars to this company and those two stars belong to one, maybe two caregivers that comes from the lot of them. There is little to no training, no drug screening, and no effort. They do not cook, clean, shop, some can't even make a bed. That should tell you about the level of personal care, which is virtually absent. They do not follow instructions. Several of them can not arrive on time. One, sits at the kitchen table on her laptop while my client snoozes the day away. They are allowed cell phone use during shifts, which can be excessive. I wouldn't let my loved one alone in their care unless all that was needed is someone to sit and talk to them occasionally. They're nice enough but they're not worthy of the financial sacrifice made for quality care.

Kindness, compassion and care are the reasons I highly recommend Assured Assistance. During COVID they were our eyes and ears. They listened and help make connections that were difficult during COVID. Paige is an amazing caregiver treating my loved one as she would her own family and keeping me informed, too. She went out of her way to be sure we stayed connected with our loved one--and that was a priceless gift.

Just looking for a new agency for my mom and dad do you offer 24 hour aides the agency that my mom has now only offers 12 hour aides 7A.M-7P.M my father just went in the hospital a few days ago due to heart problems and is planning on coming home soon he usually puts my mom to bed I can't be here 24/7 I take care of 3 other people who have health issues
