I CAN'T say ENOUGH POSITIVE, HEARTWARMING WORDS about not only to this agency but to Antonio Castro!!!!! Not only is he professional and loves his job, but the most important part is that HE TRULY CARED and WILL CARE for your family as he did for my 93yr old Pop and myself, his daughter!!!! I'm so sorry that I met them in my Father's later years in life because we would still be with them!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Please call them!!!!!! Love you Antonio!!!! The boss at this establishment is very unprofessional ! He doesnt return the calls, he mistreats his employer, at the office he treats the employees like minorities. Hes unfair when it comes to employees, he fixes his familys hours but doesnt for others. He doesnt communicate with his employees. He doesnt pay his employees the amount he says he would and I personally just dont think hes fit to be a boss and he definitely is a bad example for other employees learning. He acts like his loyal employees dont know how to do their job and he doesnt even bother with the patients. Hes very selfish and my experience here was HORRIBLE.

Being in the medical field for the past 18 years. I have finally found an agency that I feel values me and shows it! My family member and I have been through the trenches to find an agency that sticks to their word! Hands down Anthony has made this transition to Elite as smooth as possible. He has treated my cousin and I with the up most respect. Anything he has said he will do he has done and in a timely manor. Wish every other agency would have someone like Anthony on their team!! Looking forward to a future with Elite.
