Mr. DISTRICT MANAGER, Do you think you could give me a call this time since you did not the last time ? Well, I guess you could say I didnt learn my lesson. I got the money back from PNC Which took about 3 to 4 months to get back. TMOBILE then shut our service off. I had to go back to the Tmobile Store at Robinson Mall and pay $315.81 to get our service turned back on and another $114 within a two week period and then another $114. I tried to stop payment because I paid 850.00 & paid the phone off 2x. I am trying very hard to get this money back. And within that process, I had to get another phone which I got there. My mistake. I personally know the manager and did not expect dishonesty or disrespect. I went up to the store because my screensaver came off in three weeks. I have had screensavers on my phone for a year, the employee grabbed my screensaver and scrunched it up and broke it in half he said you didnt pay for it, youre financing it, its not even yours. The other employee the older gentleman who just sat there and said every time you come in here theres a problem blah blah blah. Well, I guess so when you have incompetent people and thieves working for a corporation . Can you imagine ? so I am working now with the FTC again and the police , this employee scared me. The mall was almost closed and practically empty .I was absolutely in shock. I pay autopay to get a discount. My bill for two months is now up to $260. I cant even call CORPORATE . It goes offshore to the same three people. I still have not received a response from TMobile. TK

Zeke was filling in at the homestead store and helped me out. Ultimately I saved $60 a month switching over thanks to zeke filling me in the home internet. He was honest and helpful and saved me money so who can ask for more than that?

Tmobile is a scam company. I had an account with them for years. When I finally paid off my phone, it showed it was unlocked and paid on their website, yet their 3rd party barely English speaking reps kept telling me I owed over 100$ when I called to cancel my service. They refused to connect me to a manager and I called multiple times and each time no manager would talk to me. I told them Im switching carriers and they continued to bill me for 3 months even though I quit using their services that day. Then they take me to collections where I dispute it, get it proven that its not legit, and then they use a different company to charge to my credit score again!

ATTN: OWNER/DISTRICT MANAGER I WAS HACKED $799.00 in September 2023 FROM MY PNC BANK ACCT. I immediately reported it to PNC Bank at their advice I immediately removed my debit card. I have received unauthorized text messages that my service will be shut off if I do not pay an additional $858.00. I discovered this yesterday when I went to pay my bill using a charge card. Since January of 2023 I bought a brand new Samsung s22. This is when the nightmare began. I took my brand new phone to the store for a glitch. I was the one that figured out the issue but it was too late I turned it in at the store and was promised I would receive a brand new phone. I received a refurbished phone with a prior Customer's info still in the phone, not to mention the Sprint customer who owned the phone had turned it back in September of 2022. By the time I received this phone it was already 7 months old If there is still information in this phone, I'm assuming that the Reps at the store did not clear out all of my information either. It took multiple visits to the store at Robinson Mall/PGH tons of text messages and at least 100 phone calls of which I have obviously have proof. Each time I went to the store and spoke with Anthony the MANAGER , I was told over the phone that he would work with me but I would have to purchase a brand new phone and they would pay half of my old one so I would have $500 tacked onto a brand new phone. So if anybody has time could you call me and by the way I just reported this to the Federal Trade Commission which will be reported to police as theft. I'll be waiting for my phone call . TK

I would be aware of opening an account or considering adding any additional items to your current account if I were you. TMobile are the biggest liars and thieves out there. After being a customer for about 15 yrs, last Christmas I foolishly decided to add a line to my account and upgrade a phone on my family account. This turned into months of nothing but headaches for me as they continuously screwed up my account. So when I finally had enough and wanted to leave and go to Verizon because they had great deals at the time around the holidays, I was begged by a supervisor online to stay and was offered a free iPad to do so. So my stupid self fell for it and did. Only to find out that the month to follow my account was even more screwed up and now it was to late for them to care. My bill went from $360/month to $760/month when I was told it was only going to be $480/month and I've been being charged for that so called free iPad every month since, along with the other promotions at the time that were offered and I never got, like the apple ear pods, and the galaxy phone I traded in for an $800 credit and never received either. So here I am a year later, I've invested endless hours on the phone trying to get this straightened out and conveniently everyone involved has amnesia and doesn't remember or feels really bad that they can't help me. They intentionally locked me in and totally screwed me over. So my message to everyone is please be cautious. TMobile used to be amazing in my eyes, the best out there, something changed and they are truly, absolutely the worst possible. I could cry every day for how badly they've screwed me over, steer clear if you have any sense at all. They will not honor their word at all.
