Had this company for 5 years had insurance on my phone the screen cracked they use a third party insurance, the insurance sent me a phone in worse condition than mine and then wanted me to jump through hoops to get one in reliable condition

Absolutely rude attitudes from the workers the moment you walk in the door. Don't be mad at me because you are miserable that you work at T-Mobile! When I called customer service on the phone to leave a complaint the worker on the phone was well aware of this specific location and said he's had multiple complaints in the past week. Sounds like they need a brush up on customer service skills at the Waterworks Location, manager included!

Had a terrible experience here came in wanting to take advantage of new customer benefits I was promised when I signed up with T-Mobile 14 days earlier. Left wanting to cancel all my lines and leave T-Mobile and infact left and proceeded to call to do this. Everything I was told in store was wrong and was easily adjusted over the phone.Not one employee was helpful or cared/tried to assist me. Don't waste your time at this store it's embarrassing. Worst customer service I have maybe ever got! I don't waste my time putting in formal complaints with companies or write reviews but did so in this case. Note to the employees please do everyone a favor and QUIT, stay away from customer service!!! T-Mobile look at the trend over the last year in the reviews! Thanks in advance for your AI generated apology..

If I could give negative stars I would. Went in last week to get help with a malfunctioning phone and the worker Alec tried to blame my case for it. It ended up being a phone defect and T-Mobile was replacing it with a warranty replacement. Instead of shipping it to my house, the worker had it shipped to the store so I would have to sit for hours or possibly an entire day to transfer my phone over. This makes absolutely no sense why he would have done it this way considering the standard according to the phone representative is to send it to the customer's home. He also should have given free overnight shipping but neglected to do that as well and it took an entire week. On top of that, he put the replacement on the wrong phone line and someone else in my family kept getting all of the updated messages about it. Save yourself the time and effort of going in the store and just call customer service on the phone instead. They are not miserable people and won't waste your time or their own. The manager at the waterworks store is also completely unprofessional and not even sure how he attained the title of manager. Though I can't imagine it takes that much skill to become one at a cell phone store. And the worker who tried interjecting herself while she was helping another customer is absolutely out of line as well. They need a whole training lesson on customer service at this location! Do not go to the Waterworks location if you absolutely have to go to a store.
