        Thank goodness for this store! I was given the run around by 2 other stores but Josh was extremely knowledgeable as well as fast with what he accomplished for me! This is my new go to store. So happy I found a place that still functions in a good way! Thanks again you guys rock!!

        Josh and Josh provided top notch customer service. We went to this location on McKnight Rd after a super confusing and frustrating visit to the location at Ross Park Mall. They were super patient, helpful, and kind with my family and I even when our 3 phones took past closing time to transfer data to our new phones. I HIGHLY recommend Josh and Josh. They went above and beyond. Thank you again!!

        Hadnt upgraded my new phone in 5+ years, and figured I should before my phone was no longer eligible for trade-in. Alysa and Andrew were both incredible. Got me set up super quick and were great to chat with while waiting for the back up. Cant recommend enough!
