        Location , suite size, inclusive of parking and breakfast .. closer to Strip mall and downtown . Staff is very helpful as well. Worth it

        5-stars for customer service. This post is for the night manager (I believe thats who helped us), but he was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. We are moving across the country and had a lot in our car. He helped us park in a well lit, visible, camera spot, and it was also underneath our room so we could see the car. Truly appreciated how helpful he was.

        Good experience with this hotel. Room was clean and as expected. Staff were responsive to my questions and provided assistance with getting a future stay booked. Will stay hear again when I visit Pittsburgh Rooms: Quite large, good amenities.

      The Hampton Inn and Suites Pittsburgh-Downtown is located close to open food markets, street vendors and boutique shops. Our hotel offers complimentary breakfast and WiFi and is adjacent to the Senator John Heinz History Center and the University of Pittsburgh. We also offer a fitness and business center and free WiFi is included throughout the entire hotel.
