        Lived here for a while. Kind of pricey, but good location, and very roomy. No "minimum 1-year lease" or "3 times rent income" that the other landlords in this area like to pull that make no sense in a college neighborhood. Through most of my stay, the landlord and clerk were very chill and flexible. Problem was when moving out, they pulled the whole deposit scam, where they nickel and dime you for a whole bunch of stuff. There was a fair amount of wear and tear over the year and a half I lived there, but some of the stuff like >$100 for a plain white bedsheet was of excessive. Being a young and naive I was foolish and let it go.

        Went there for a dinner date a few months ago.   My dining companion and I both got food poisoning.   Neither of us were surprised.  The food handling left much to be desired.
