Comfort Inn - Closed

This hotel was disappointing. First, you can't see it from the road, the "Comfort Inn" sign isn't lit. There wasn't one towel in the bathroom, plus the sink has spots all over the faucets. We had to call the front desk for towels, and he had us come down to get them. Then the tv wouldn't work. He comes up, tries it himself, and says "it must need new betteries" - duh? Then he returned, but the remote still doesn't work, then it suddenly did. And we could not turn off the tv. I don't think it's the batteries. The area has a lot of restaurants, etc., but to get into this hotel you can only enter from one direction, and you can only eave in one direction also. And the fact that it's not lit up, makes it very difficult. I would not recommend staying here.

We couldn’t find the place because the “comfort Inn” sign is not lit. No towels in the room, we had to go down to the front desk and get them. TV did not work DO NOT STAY HERE!! It is also hard to get out of. You can only make a right turn. The only nice thing I can say is the bed was comfortable.

Poor accommodations, and they don't care. They say they still sell out, so it must be ok. So stop going here folks! It's the only way they'll fix all the broken stuff and stench.

There were no towels in the room. Called the front desk the person said they are short staffed and I could pick my own up from him. The room smelled like smoke the shower curtain was broken and wouldn't close. The shower head was clogged and broken. There was hair in the tub. Called the front desk to request a room change and was told they were sold out and really short staffed. Basically we will sell out and not do what you pay for then make you work to clean and get towels. Completely unacceptable. I would. It recommend at half the price I paid $129.

There were no towels in the room when we arrived. The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes/weed. The internet also didn't work. Lots of noise at night from rowdy guests. No breakfast even though it was promised. Staff was not very professional. Overall, the worst hotel I have been at.
