        Here waiting to pick up our pre-paid U-haul. Been standing here for 45 minutes. The sole employee has been helping a single customer the whole time and answering the phone non stop from other customers. Long line of customers behind us. Dont come here unless you have an hour plus to spare to pick up your vehicle.

        This establishment unfortunately did not meet our expectations. We advise against using their services. Despite scheduling a 7am appointment for a hitch installation on our vehicle, upon arrivalafter a one-hour journeywe were met with the disappointment that no one was scheduled to be on-site to perform the installation. Note: the person working the front desk was friendly and helpful but u-haul has some major issues.

        The attendant was helpful and friendly - took off some furniture pads from our bill that were not in stock. The truck fit everything we needed and drove fine.
