Officially it closes at 5pm, I came at 4.50pm to get propane. They refused to serve me. The worker said that they stop serving clients at 4.30pm. Why not to mention it on the website then?!

The manager on duty was not the most friendly of chaps. We had (1) simple issue with the truck hood not opening and our mechanic did a simple repair. We reported it to the manager when we returned the vehicle and we were informed "there was nothing wrong with the truck when we picked it up and our trucks wouldn't be released if there was an issue". Our mech tried to explain what the issue is and how he repaired it. Again we were chastised for questioning the integrity of the shop's mechanic. It wasn't the shop mechanic, it was a wear/tear to the wire to open the hood of the truck that just wore out. But the manager did not want to hear it...

Very efficient and professional. Quick rental and easy return. Nice inventory of vehicles and supplies.

Im not entirely sure what happened to this location. 6 months ago I rented a unit. I showed up to pick up my things Both garage doors broken making it impossible to get my stuff out both for me and my moving company. Thanks uhaul.
