        The UPS on Ridge has been my go-to for all of my Amazon returns since moving to Manayunk at the end of 2020, but after my first time using their printing/shipping services, I had to give them public kudos for their amazing team's customer service. I needed something printed and shipped for work ASAP, so I gave them a call late morning to confirm that I would be able to have the printing job done quickly after submitting order online (since the website said it wouldn't be ready until the end of the day), and team member Jay said he would be on top of it as soon as it came through, and he called me to confirm that it was ready (within mere minutes!). I got the materials and package shipped out so quickly, and it is always such a pleasant experience at the store - a kind, amiable, efficient staff with a great sense of humor deserves 5 starts in my book. Thank you Jay and team! You made a somewhat stressful/urgent task a piece of cake! :-)
