        Prices for shipping are quite high. Staff is young and efficient. Need training in customer happiness. Good location but prefer to go to Fedex up 309 as the line is shorter and team members actually welcome and care about you.

        I used to love having my stuff detoured to the UPS store. However, these last two times were very different. Claiming my stuff wasnt there walking around pretending to look. Its a few days before Christmas and I cant seem to get my package. Its a disgrace. They saw a line and basically gave up looking. Wasted a trip.

        I've learned that UPS Stores are hit or miss.  In some cases it's a complete nightmare, from the service (or lack thereof) and the delay in packages going out (in one case over a month).  However, this location is the polar opposite.  Everyone I have interacted with on multiple occasions is extremely professional and helpful.  My packages have never been delayed out of here.  And they're fast!  I drive past a few other locations just to come here because they do what they're supposed to do very well.
