        Niesha did her best, tried to be helpful and is the hardest working of the team at this location...but she has a nasty side -- a la Philly. SO AGGRESSIVE...a la Philly. What a wretched, tarnished, falling down dump posturing as a gem, is Philadelphia. I would recommend that if you ship ANYTHING from this store, that you get extra insurance. I would also recommend that you speak with the manager here, if you have any problems with your packages. Don't expect kindness, or friendly customer service anywhere in Philly and you will be alright. (But its not alright, is it?)

        Very good service. Just stopped by to drop package and asked for tape without hesitation the staff took the package and tape it for me and gave me receipt all done fast with smiley face.

        Stores like this are often staffed with people who really dont care about the customers (and who could blame them with the way people act sometimes), but this UPS Store is like walking into a neighborhood coffee shop. They always greet you with a smile and a warm hello. Every experience Ive had here has been a positive one, whether its to send or receive mail, or even just with general questions. Everyone here has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. So glad to have this store in the neighborhood!

        I've been a regular at this UPS store for the past year and a half, and I can't praise the team enough for their exceptional service. The entire staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, but I want to highlight the outstanding efforts of Helen and Niesha. These two consistently go above and beyond, displaying friendliness, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a seamless customer experience.
