        NEVER RENT FROM THIS PERSON!!!!!!!! Unreliable, unprofessional. Took over a momth to deal with our broken washer. Never responds to texts messages. Hasnt fixed a single thing thats wrong with the house, SINCE WE MOVED IN IN MAY(early nov currently). Promised things to be finished before our move in date and there was a front porch and back porch full of TRASH. Took over a week and multiple reminders to remove. Does bare minimum to make sure he doesnt break lease, but he is a SLUMLORD Again i repeat, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE RENT FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY
