I used Robert to help me on both a new home purchase, and also later used him again to help sell another property. My home purchase with Bob was my first time going through the mortgage, but Bob helped navigate me through each step. His attention to detail is the sole reason I was able to get the best deal possible on each deal. Both my home buying and my home selling experiences couldn't have been better. Any issues that came up were dealt with efficiently and promptly. I would choose Bob every single time I ever need a realtor.

Tried to get ahold of him for weeks regarding a rental property that had been on the market for about month or so. Left voicemails and sent messages through online rental website and didn't hear back. I finally contacted the Coldwell office and was able to work with another agent to set up a time to view the property. Robert was unprofessional and unhelpful when I finally was able to talk to him on the phone. He told me to text him my email address for an application and I never heard back even after sending a few texts asking for an update. I worked with another very nice agent at coldwell and put in an application, my boyfriend and I both paid the application fee and two days later Robert texts the agent we were working with to tell us it was no longer available... Really disappointed and I see that other people have had the same experience.
