If I could give Michael Sher negative stars I would. This is my second review because my last one was deleted. PLEASE DO NOT put yourself through the headache of living in one of his properties. Absolutely disgusting! Non-response to requests and took months to get any form of termination treatment. Will nickel and dime you and not repay you for any form of treatment you had to get on your own. Also save yourself the headache of working with his attorney too, Christina Reger. Direct quote from an email she sent me "Please advise as I cannot continue to waste time on this matter if you do not wish to resolve this matter."

Michael Sher is a scumbag slumlord who will make sure you lose your security deposit. These have to be his parents properties

I have lived in a Pine Realty apartment twice over the years! In the 90ies in a brownstone building and also recently in a high rise condo! Both times my experience was excellent! My first rental was an emergency situation with my father that cause us to relocate last minute from another state. Michael Sher was very helpful and made sure we had a roof over our head in a very short time span! The second time I lived in one of the Condo units they operate and it was a wonderful experince in a doorman building. Never saw a single pest or vermin. The apartment was in great working order and even when the stove stopped functioning - i was given a brand new gas stove within a week of filing the complaint. Michael Sher is sometimes a little odd to communicate with but he has good intentions and has always treated me well in all our interactions! Thanks Pine Realty, I would rent again if I wasnt a house owner now.

Michael Sher of Pine Realty could not have been kinder or more helpful and accommodating when I first moved into our apartment. He even helped to receive our furniture and bring it up to to our apartment weeks before our arrival. Any issue I have he is always available and quick to respond. We enjoy the apartment, the people associated with it, and would highly recommend Michael Sher and Pine Realty.
