Im currently having issues with FSR. Ive been trying to contact them for months about past works orders not being service, being harassed & targeted as a homeowner from property management & no one ever wants to resolve any of my issues in house. They rather just not communicate & let legal handle everything. Not an ideal way to treat residents or homeowners. They are here to be of service & for myself that has not happened.

Patrick Yetsko is the BEST manager the Metro Club has ever had! I have been through many of them! He is so proactive- issues that should have been addressed years ago are finally being resolved! He has created an atmosphere that is positive, lively and far more interactive . He has managed to get the residents to not only participate- but everyone is having fun! Beyond his exceptional high standards of professionalism, he is a person of his word. There can be no doubt to his integrity and his overall positive attitude. You can SEE he loves his job and it is meaningful to him. I hope he never leaves- everyone loves him here. The interaction with the staff & crew is excellent!! They all like and respect him. Under his management , the place has never looked better.. Patrick is a fair and empathetic manager. He is an excellent listener which promotes trust with the residents and the staff. We understand if he is working on something, he WILL get done!!! Comes in early, stays late! He does anything and everything to assist us all!. The only thing I do not understand is how he can manage all of this by himself! DO NOT know how he does it! He gets an AAA+ from me! Sincerely , Robin Nahama. third floor resident

I have lived in the Arts Condominium for nearly 10 years with no plans on leaving. The building managers, Jamie DAngelo and Diane Pyfer, have been wonderful whenever I have needed assistance with anything. Always so quick to respond and always so kind when doing so. I feel safe and seen with the two of them at the helm. Also, a special shout out to Amina at the Front Desk who is just a doll and beyond helpful with anything the residents might need.
