I was a resident of LPMG for 3 years and I moved out because I bought my own home. The property management and maintenance was always very nice and responsive to my requests and I overall had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend LPMG!

My roommate and I rented a property in South Philly on 17th St last year and had many problems starting as soon as we got there. The unit itself had tall ceilings and large windows that didn't shut properly so when it rained, it leaked water into our apartment. The roof also had some issues and rain water would pool and sit on the roof and eventually leak into our apt through our fire alarms. This set off the fire alarms multiple times and because the ceilings were over 10' tall it was impossible for us to turn off the alarms once they started leaving them to ring for hours on end. It doesn't help that LPMG doesn't have an emergency 24hr maintenance hotline so the only way I could get through to anyone while this was happening was leaving a voicemail threatening to withhold rent. Our front door to the street was replaced multiple times and they finally settled on one that had a push lock which didn't feel very safe. When we moved out this summer, the windows had still not been fixed and continued to leak into our apartment. We put numerous maintenance requests in and even though they weren't fixed, they were marked as "complete" in the portal. They also were a month overdue returning our security deposit and if it weren't for us threatening to take them to court (they technically owe double after 30 days of no payment) they wouldn't have returned our deposit. They leased out the commercial space below the apartment but didn't inform the tenants that there was going to be construction noises for hours on end either (a heads up would have been nice). I would steer clear of renting from any of their properties if you would like to keep your sanity intact.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Unprofessional is an understatement. Rent at your own risk. Management team has changed at least three times with no noticed to tenants you have no clue who you are communicating with even if you get a response. For 3 months I emailed about my stove being broken and nothing but excuses and false completed maintenance request. I have been a tenant for 3 consecutive years these last 2 years have been the absolute worse !!!!!! I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Came home with a new born baby and my power goes out whole family displaced lied told me it was fixed less than 24 hrs later no power AGAIN. Whoever the owner is clearly either does not care about his property and tenants or these people are lying to him/her. But soon as you are late with the rent they go sending emails and sending a notice to quit but have no care or concern for the inconveniences they put you through.
