Might as well leave my original rating here. Hate speech and harassment still happens. The same neighbor who's harassed me in the past is still spouting hate speech. Management as it turns out still needs to improve.
NEW Update: it is now 2024 and now my neighbors kids roam around the building unaccompanied and shouting hate speech at me. I was harassed by residents and their guests twice over the course of 23 days in 2023.
January 25th 2023. February 17th 2023. I don't feel safe in my apartment building called Wyman House. I just hope I can live peacefully in my apartment building

Had an issue with a car being towed illegally from one of their properties. Made a call to Pennrose Mgt, and their people called the tow company to have the car released. With patience and time, they were given the ok that we could go out to George A Smith Towing to pick up the car. NO CHARGE! THANK YOU PENNROSE MGT FOR YOUR HELP IN THIS MATTER!!

Well I live in public Housing The Presidental Estate In Long Branch Nj Jersey I have been here for 17 yrs and I have mold in my upstairs bathroom and mold underneath my kitchen sink that's been there for a while and Lb housing did inspections and they know it's in my upstairs bathroom they covered it with beige paint but it seemed right back threw and I have pics it been like this for some yrs I called Hud and The Health Department but nothing has been down and i have 6children livving with me in this mess...When get a chance later ill share my bathroom pics..And I had that dish washer since i moved there in 07 it stop working 10yrs ago so u can see how old and that mold is in that as well.
