        Knickerbocker Properties Services team is great! They've always responded promptly to any issues I send via email, and then come out to the apartment in a timely manner. I never have to worry about the team leaving trash or a mess when fixing issues (as I had to when living in other apartments). If you have a problem at your place, I definitely recommend reaching out to the Properties Services team.

      About Us AT KNICKERBOCKER PROPERTIES WE ARE ‘HOUSE-PROUD’ Born in the era of disco, betamax, and big hair, Knickerbocker Properties has grown from one University City building to a portfolio of distinctive properties across some of the most desirable neighborhoods in Philadelphia. We’ve evolved from minding our own portfolio to also taking care of the daily management of owners who’s units compliment our mix as well as share and appreciate our vision of hands-on management – doing everything within reason for the best tenant experience.
