HEATHER DISCHER AND MICHAEL GREENZANG YOU WILL BURN IN THE FIERY PITS OF HELL!! absolute SLUMLORD conditions. Me and several other tenants have reported them to the city for NUMEROUS violations! CHANGED THE LOCK WITHOUT GIVING NEW KEYS TO TENANTS! AT ONE POINT WE COULDN'T EVEN LEAVE THE BUILDING BECAUSE THE LOCKS WERE BROKEN!!! BUILDINGS FRONT LOCKS BROKE MULTIPLE TIMES so the building was robbed more than once! Can't even leave a voicemail because its FULL of complaints! ZERO email responses from HEATHER DISCHER. NEVER fixed any of our numerous problems even after they physically confirmed them! They LIED about changing our air filter. ILLEGALLY raised our rent without sending a new lease. ENTIRE building had a HORRIBLE rat problem because of their refusal to take out the garbage.

Have lived here for 4 years and loved my time living at a Greenzang property! David always responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Any maintenance issues I ran into over the years have been addressed promptly and fixed within an appropriate timeframe. Would highly recommend Greenzang!

Lived in the Robinhood Apartments in Lehigh Valley, PA for two years. I enjoyed calling this place home! Jennifer and Margot were very helpful whenever I had a question or had a maintenance need.

Property management is horrible. They never respond or answer my emails with any issues we have.
