This location is seemingly chronically understaffed. Certainly not the fault of the folks working, but I wish they would update the hours to reflect the staffing issues. It is impossible to have a PO box here, because you cannot reliability know when the location will be open or closed.

Ive seen subway cars that were cleaner and Ive had PPA agents treat me better. This location needs to be shut down. This location is so poorly run that I finally decided it was time to call my Congressman about it.
Do not make a passport appointment here. They do not accept passport applications here. It doesnt matter what the website says. In the words of the postal worker I spoke to go somewhere else.
Dont expect any other services will reliably happen here or that they will even be open. They sporadically decide whether or not youre allowed to get money orders here, send packages, buy the bonus insurance, etc. It seems to be up to the employees mood.

If I could leave negative stars I would.
I'm not entirely sure what's going on with this location however they LITERALLY make their own hours and decide what they want to do.
Cashier's check, naw.
Passport, naw.
Open on time, naw.
Be nice, naw.
Nothing about this location has a redeeming quality.
